Adding new members to your flock

A couple of days ago I received a new chicken. However, my other chickens pick relentlessly on her. So she flies out of the pen... I have thought about clipping her wings, but I wasn't sure it was the best option. What are your thoughts of integrating her into my flock? Should I clip her wings?

I don't think clipping her wings would be necessary because they are just teaching her the pecking order and they will do this for awhile
