adding older chicks to adults and new babie?they know each other

i know this should be on the pheasant page, but, my hen ringneck hatched a chick a few days ago and i hae 4 younger chicks caged in the same pen, the dad has been talking to the others for a few weeks, now the mom with babie is frantic, peeping and paceing when the older chicks peep , to me she wants them released, there has been no sign of aggression, from any of them, should i let em out, the young chicks are on the top level of an aframe run, the female pheasant sits up there while baby is below with the roo, ? should i release the other babies, she seems r=to want them, ?thanks were putting smaller wire up now so if we do it the chicks cant get out or hurt.
