Adding probiotics to Nutri-Drench for shipped chicks?

Hi all,
I need advice on what to add to the water of my chicks that are currently being shipped from a hatchery. I have Poultry Nutri-Drench that I am going to add to their water. The dosage on the bottle says 4 fl. oz/ per gallon for age 1-4 days, so 1 fl/ oz in a quart. Does this sound like a good starting dosage for newly shipped chicks? I would also like to give them probiotics but don't know how to add them. I have some ChickBoost, which has probiotics, vitamins and electrolytes. Should I put in two different waterers, one with NutriDrench and one with ChickBoost? Or should I buy the Save-a-Chick packets that have just probiotics, and combine that in the same waterer with the Nutri-Drench? Or maybe avoid overdoing the supplements and just do Nutri-Drench for the forst couple of days and then switch to ChickBoost? I don't want to overdo it, but want to give them all that they need. The chicks will be in transit for two days so I want to make sure they get the best supplement to get over shipping stress once they arrive tomorrow. Thank you so much for any advice !

I do Nutri-drench in the water for new chicks. I offer fermented feed which is full of probiotics, but you could also get the ProBios powder and mix it into dry feed. Or offer one type of water in the morning and a second type in the evening.

Thanks, those are both good ideas. The chicks just arrived this morning and are drinking the Nutri-Drench water. I will change the water this evening and add the ChickBoost instead of the Nutri-Drench.
