Is it okay to give a 7 month old rooster 3 month old pullets?

No. He's too mature by now. You should wait until the pullets are at least laying. He'll mount the pullets and them being too young and not full grown, their growth would be stunted.

Adding three month old chickens to an adult flock is usually fine, even with a mature rooster. But in this case, how it's only him, he'll mate the pullets. If it was him and some mature ladies, he'd go after those laying before the non laying pullets.

Okay, thank you!
