I have 5 BTBJ (one rooster, 3 hens and a pullet). I'm thinking about building bigger coop/pen and getting other color bantams. Do I have to seperate them from my current bantams? Will roosters get along? Sorry all the questions, still new to this hobby.

it sometimes depends, most likely they will fight a little, but sometimes they will stop after a few minutes and get their pecking order but others have a never-ending grudge match

I agree it really just depends on the personality of your current birds and the ones you are adding.
Sometimes we had an easy time with new birds and sometimes they fight so much they have to be separated so no one gets hurts.
We had issues this year adding a few new RIR hens to the bunch as our older chickens took an immediate dislike to them.
