So I only have 2 male runner ducks right now. They were fairly friendly and a little skittish of people until about 2 months ago, they now attack my feet and chase my kids around. They make it very hard to walk because they are always underfoot. They nip at fingers and arms. Someone suggested I get them some girlfriends as they are sexually frustrated...
Anyways, I have an opportunity to buy 3 hens and a drake (runner and Khaki/runner crosses) Would 3 hens and 3 drakes be a bad idea? Their area isn't huge, maybe 60 by 60 feet. Would the drakes all fight? Should I try to buy only hens? if so how many? Thanks.
