I just got some new chicks from a local that hatches eggs that she gets on line. I trust her facilities to be clean and disease free. But could the eggs she gets have disease that can be pasted on to the chicks? I got my original flock at once from a hatchery and my girls have been very happy and heathy. I'm a little worried about adding these new girls once they are out of the brooder.

I don't think so, but if the bloodline isn't healthy I wouldn't buy the eggs. You can order vaccines online to prevent the disease, but that's quite some work. When they are out of the brooder, I would keep them somewhere until 18 weeks old so assure health, and it would be simpler and easier to add them to your flock when they're full grown, anyway.

thanks thats what I was planning on doing. Bring them out once they are about 13 weeks and having them socialize afew hours then increasing the time each day.
