Adding to the flock

I was thinking about getting some more chickens to add to the flock, but I have no idea where to start. I need some hearty chickens with a calm temperament. Any ideas?

What kind do you have now? I have been obsessed with welsummers lately and am dying to get some haha.

Light Brahma
Silkie
Ameraucana
New Hampshire
orloff
Sumatra
Frizzle
Production blue
Naked neck
Wyandotte
And a speckled sussex
