Adding to the flock

So we are a week in brown girls are slowing down on bullying it's getting less and less but my new flock waits a bit until the old flock is gone before leaving the coop they sometimes go on the roost when the white layers are there other times they find another spot up high just watching to see how things go .no stress eggs by the layers so that's nice

Well things been semi good the layers are slowly slowing down the chasing my two roosters need to go though because of the bylaws sadly .so there be only 3 in the new flock .they come out of the coop but not right away and they are antsy when a brown layer is near . I'm letting things go but man how long it to long to wait for peace

The youngers don't really mix in until they start laying.
Even then there's always a possibility of some strife in a flock.
Not to worry unless there is pinning down and beating unmercilessly and/or copious blood letting.

Well it's been almost 3 weeks and nothing no pecking no chasing not even a complaint from carol our most outspoken chicken in the coop .it's been a learning experience that's for sure
