Adding to the flock

I have 4 bantams (2 male, 2 female) and would like to add some full-sized hens to the flock. Can you mix bantams and regular hens, or is that not allowed?

it depends. sometimes it works beautifully, and sometimes not so much. i think since your bantams were there first, if your large fowl hens are younger when you introduce them they'll be able to fit into the peck order fine

That's what I was thinking, too....and to make sure I introduce them slowly and keep them separated, but visible to each other till the young ones are about the size of the banties.
