Haha. You are too cute. I know it’s inexpensive and already told him. I did not mention the FedEx overnight. I have no problem paying for it, and I have no problem standing up to DH. I do appreciate your support, however.

Did I ever share that he was the one who started the flock? Came home with a mini prefab coop and four chicks on my daughter’s birthday. I understood pretty quickly that the little coop (the one I use for a separation/hospital area) was not going to cut it. He might regret that, but they sure do bring me joy.

It’s done. Poor Margo. And I did a terrible job. Margo was limp and not fighting me and I still screwed it up. But it’s done. Rest In Peace sweet Margo. I’d be embarrassed to send this horrible euthanasia job in for necropsy.

Thank you, Melody. I’m so sad I could not help her. Bridgey seems to be missing Margo today, but considering that I saw Bridge peck Bagheera, I think this makes Bridge top hen.

I just dropped Margo off at FedEx for morning delivery tomorrow. My garage fridge runs REALLY cold and may have partially frozen her. Ugh. I hope we still get results.
