Addressing new mini flock

I took in 6 new hens and a roo. An established flock. I have them in an empty extra coop. All the hens seem happy but the roo seems ill. Not respiratory ill. More like purple/pale comb and slow moving. He is eating and drinking currently. Previous owner had him on layer feed. His but is messy and there was green poo around the coop. A solid poo but green. What are my first steps here? I don't want to over stress the chickens, they literally just arrived in their new coop. I also don't want to wait to treat poor boy if it should be handled right away.

Do you have photos of him and his poop?
What's his condition like - is he filled out, good breast muscle, hefty or skinny and poorly?
How old is he?

If possible, I'd leave him with his ladies, that way he's not stressed even more by separation, but if the girls start picking at him, then he'll need to be moved.

Do a good basic check of him - lice/mites, crop fill and emptying, any leg issues (bumblefoot) etc.
Any signs of frostbite?

Was he shipped or did you pick him up local?

As always, work on hydration first. Electrolytes for a day if you have them. Then introduce feed. The girls may benefit from the Electrolytes as well, especially during a stressful move.

About 2 years old
He's a chunky boy
I will get pictures soon
Looks to be only one tiny black spot on tip of comb.
I picked him up local, didn't require any effort to grab him.
His feet are completely covered in poop at the moment.
I will look him over better when my husband is home to help.

Probably a dumb question, You're in PA, but how cold has it been?

Completely poop covered feet + cold weather...I'd gather him up when you have help.
Soak the feet in tepid water and see what the feet/toes look underneath the poop.

If his feet have been frozen or frostbitten, this may be a reason for the slow moving and some of the other problems. When in pain, they don't eat a lot (meaning green poop). Discolored comb can be from a lot of things, but you just never know.

I could cry. A closer look. I bathed him. Mites plus scaley leg mites for sure. I couldn't even find his back side with all the poop. I had to stick my finger in his butt the tiniest but to get the poop out. His toe nail just fell off. I haven't looked at the bottom of his feet yet.

I'm going to take him to the vet tomorrow. She agreed to pay the vet bills. I don't think it was intentional neglect. I think it was innocent ignorance if that makes sense. Right now he's eating a can of tuna and some all flock. Looks like he just went through a molt so I'm sure he could use the protein. He was being given layer feed.
