Adopted 3 hens, help me guess

The white one could be an Amber White, which is a cross between a Rhode Island Red and a Rhode Island White.  They are sometimes white, or sometimes a yellowish color.  They can also have random darker feathers grow in (yellow or tan).  They lay tan eggs.
Rhode Island red X Rhode Island whites make red pullets and white/cream cockerels.
I was mistaken! I was thinking about RIR over a delaware. Please forgive :)

I think that is a good possibility. They are not normally quite that white but can be occasionally and the one in the photo does appear to have a little tan blended into the neck and shoulder area.

Oops, a typo--I meant to say, "not quite that white." However, Amber White hens, such as those sold by Dunlap Hatchery, are typically much whiter than other Red Sex Link hens. Perhaps some other breed beyond RIRs and RIWs has been added to their development.

Amber whites hatch out yellow and are predominately white when adults. They will often have a yellow hue to them and/or amber colored feathers dispersed, hence the name Amber White. My amber white looks completely white in photos (like a White Rock), but is actually yellow.
