Definitely not a Campine. They’re incredibly rare and this bird’s type, shank color, and eye color are way off. He appears to be one of Hoover’s designer mixes. His “pencilling” will most likely molt out and appears to just be juvenile feathering. If I had to guess I would say he’s a Starlight Green Egger or something similar

Didn’t know campines were rare, but he doesn’t look like mine.
