Adopting A Love Bird

I am adopting a lovebird, I know a lot about them but was interested in hearing people´s personal experience.

I know what lovebirds are, a type of parrot . I’ve seen them in wildlife documentaries. They mate one time a year at a certain place, and they do some sort of elaborate courtship ritual, but I’m not sure . I’ve personally never had them. How many are you getting? One?

One, but possibly after a while I will adopt another lovebird. Possibly another type of parrot too.
