By far one of the strangest things I've seen with my broodys. So this is lunatic fringe and her pullet (10 weeks old) that I kept. Since she started laying again a few weeks ago her pullet literally gets in the nest box with her and just hangs out the entire time. I guess she'll be a pro when it's her turn to start

This looks amazing. I told my partner he should learn to make bread because with our goat milk/cheese, eggs, vegetable garden, and fruit trees/berries, that's basically all we're missing.

Note I said HE should learn. I'm doing way too much and have zero help with the animals so I certainly don't have time!

I prefer sourdough for taste and health benefits, but it does take more time than bread made with yeast. I think he needs to start looking up some recipes and give it a go
