Thanks for the opportunity to ask questions and get answers. I only have the one little guy. I am not interested in anymore. I just want to make sure he lives the best life I can provide.

What type of quail is he?

He is a button I think. Gray with a red belly and a little white around his neck. My son had two and then one passed. He had to give this fellow up due to a new roommate. He’s probably 3 years or older. I worry about him being lonely, but he eats and sings. Loves fruit and cucumbers too! I have to keep him in a separate room near a window. I have. 2 dogs and a cat sooo I have to maintain his safety too. This is a great site. Glad I found it
