Indeed. When will it work and when will it not? That would drive me insane!

Makes it hard to find the cause of the malfunction also..... intermittent malfunction makes me grooaannn 'electrical'.... which I am terrible at trouble shooting.

Yup, it's like when you keep hearing a noise from your car that tells you something is wrong, but the car never makes the noise when you bring it to the mechanic. (Door opened all the way again this morning.)

I call that auditory automotive anxiety.. ..kicks in 50 miles into that long road trip.

Thought the info might be of value if anyone runs into trouble. Yesterday, the door opened perfectly in the morning and closed perfectly in the evening.  I'll get a chance to look at it this weekend....too busy during the week. I'll let you know.

Update: Worked perfectly over the weekend, so I left it alone. Today, it went up half way...the girls were doing the limbo going in and out!

Can't work on it now. It's pouring and we're on a Sever Thunderstorm and Tornado Watch for the afternoon.

I too have problems. It works well for a few weeks, then doesn't open. This has happened about 7 times and the last time I can't get it to move at all. I'll try all the advice and see what happens.

All this bad news about the ADOR is starting to be a real bummer
