Pictures..I know nothing but that I rescued him from a 10X10 Pen that held 74 bantam adults.....He looks great but no clue...........

He has the size and basic stature of an Old English.He doesn't carry himself correctly for a Serama.He has somewhat the coloring of a Brown Red,but lots of coloring faults with it. Most probably just a really cute barnyard OEGB mix.Especially if their were that many in the pen.
 
Here is a much better picture of this handsome fella! One from the very day I brought him home and one today! What a massive improvement! I am so thankful that he and those three beautiful hens (who made excellent layers of white eggs) no longer have to suffer in that horrid environment.

His breed is still a mystery but it is either OEG or AGF bantam......I used to breed American Gamefowl for show and the Redquill variety has a similiar feather pattern on the breast. Somewhat similar to the Ginger OEG Bantam.

Bless you for taking him! Don't know what he is, but he is beautiful! I have 3 cochins and a serama I rescued from about the same environment and they are doing fantastic now

He Looks like a cross with the short legs, might have some Dutch mixed in there.
I will agree that the pattern is Brown Red.
