Adult chickens??

At what age are chickens fully grown in size?? Mine are at 14 weeks now and are a pretty good size but they STILL don't look as big to me as other chickens I see pictures of..??

Generally around 4-6 months.

I see. Guess that means about the time they start laying.. thank you.. I thought they still had a bit more growing to do!!
