Adult duck with perosis (slipped tendon)?

Update: I would say Duck has been getting around mostly alright, eating and drinking she puts herself in the water bucket for swimming. I sometimes help her search for bugs and walk around I try to make sure I supervise her in a bath at least once a day but sometimes I can't, even when I don't help her she gets in and out with little issue I have seen. Preening is a bit hard for her but she keeps her feathers decent.
In the past week or so she's been a bit noisy when I walk up to her (almost) like she's a broody, I was thinking she's either feeling better or she's hurting or its ordinary normal duckie stuff.
I think yesterday or before that day I noticed she had a warm bill and hasn't been cleaning her eyes well and has been having seemingly some discharge from her eyes. She has at least three symptoms of a fever, it's been rainy and pretty cool outside. She free ranges in the day still and there are drakes who have access to her (grr drakes). At night she sleeps in her own pen with my geriatric drake, he doesn't pester her as far as I am aware. Duck is 6 years old if the math was correct.

The store has been out of all flock (and other feed) so often we have been having to get layer feed. Staying consistent with the same type of feed is a struggle because of this.

I am worried about Duck I don't think a vet trip is possible, in a way. I want Duck comfortable and I want to know all my options and do what I can for her. I hate separating her from her friends and don't want to do that unless truly necessary.
Earlier I put some Nutridrench in some water and gave it to her and also gave her some feed turned into a mash kinda and dried black soldier fly larvea, I put some dry bedding in areas where she often is.
I have not had much chance to see her poop, if I remember correctly she didn't lay an egg today from what I saw. She shows mostly normal behavior but something seems off mostly her temperature to the touch and her eye drainage or lack of cleaning her eyes, I think her appetite and thirst are relatively normal. I tried feeling near her broken femur but I don't know what to feel for and such, couldn't say it felt swollen or super warm from what I could feel. I need to do a proper check later. I tried looking in her mouth but she wouldn't let me. Because it's been rainy her top feathers have been a bit wet mostly in a normal way for this weather, it's been lightly raining off and on today, yesterday we got some monsoon rain she tried hiding under the coop for that I think.

I have been feeling frustrated and exhausted from lack of answers or ability to help Duck and my other ducks and chickens when they need it most. I am so tired of feeling like a terrible duck owner, I want her happy and healthy I don't know how long she has if she is sick and I want to give her comfort at least. I wish somehow her leg could be fixed and she could waddle around like she used to, I feel like if she had a chance at that it's pretty much gone now.

To summarize my whole long poorly written post, I want to know how to help Duck fell better at least with her fever or whatever may be happening, also I want to know how to make electrolyte water for her or what supplements would be good to help her out.
I already looked at a few electrolyte recipes but feel unsure. Also how does one find the mystical poultry/avian vet that are sooo rare? It is like finding a mythical animal.

Thank you in advance if anyone provides some help, I am so lost with what to do right now.

Well, I was over thinking I think she is free of any fever. It seems.
