Adult pasty butt

One of my hens always squirts when I pick her up. Because of this, it turns hard and paste like. Nothing covers up the actual hole however I wondered if this is a problem? It's a opaque white color with clear stuff too. Thanks so much!

Do you think it could possibly be vent gleet? I posted a article for you to compare and see if it's similar to this. The paste like substance could possibly be gleet. I hope this helps. Compare this article to your bird it could be a mild case. See what you think? I wish you the best .
