Can someone please explain how to insert an advar in simple English I love this site but find it hard to work the Inserts etc.

Sorry it has taken so long for me to reply but I have been so busy. I have finally managed to include an avadar. Its great being able to do so.. I will try and learn how to include pictures soon. Thank you.
