Advice and opinions needed please.

It appears the coop is against the back fence with no cover over the run, don't be surprised if the birds use the coop as a stepping stone to hop the fence...

I plan to have a full roof before I put the chicks out there. I'm going to do a tin or corrugated pvc roof.

I have heard PVC roofs tend to disintegrate. Read the comments online if you can.

Personally I'd just use metal.. the sides on run are wire.. metal will provide shade

Fished the run tonight. Since I covered the whole run will that help accommodate since the actual coop isn't big enough for the 4 pullets I have? It is completely enclosed and very secure.

Looks nice. But I think I'd have used wire for the fence so you could see them..to enjoy them.. as it is now you have to go there to look over fence.

I have 2 hunting dogs that would have went straight through any wire fence I could find. I didn't really have any options other than pickets or chain link.
