Advice ASAP :)

I will certainly keep you posted...it is all very exciting and tonight I am going to set up a camera in the hut and see what they get up to over night! Thanks for your reply's and interest, it is really appreciated and to think with such modern technology we can communicate in this way when we are at opposite ends of the world! Yes, I know you have been having horrid weather too. I had a friend just get back from Chicago and the weather was just awful, she had to fly over as her mum lives over there and took ill, but all is good now and so is her mum :) Now my friend is experiencing the complete opposite in weather conditions! We are having a heatwave like no other, it has been 100 years since such hot consecutive days! My fav time of the year is Autumn, which I think you refer to as the Fall.....take care and once again thanks so much :)
My fav time is spring since it comes right after winter. but 2nd is fall which comes after hot summer.

Hi Miss Lydia,

just an update to say my two lil ducklings are going beautifully, they are out socializing with everyone else in the paddock and swimming beautifully with mum..it is amazing how you just forget everything when you are out watching nature and babies :) My other mum is still sitting and has a little time left...so soon hopefully I will have more babies and when these ones are ready to be born our heatwave will have passed...we have had terribly hot hot weather and I have been busy changing the animals water every 2 hours, as it just gets so hot and they have enjoyed cold fruits such as watermelon etc from the fridge....I too will also be happy when this heatwave passes :) Cheers from down under Kaz

Thanks so much with update, sounds great that babies are doing great and enjoying life. don't forget to post pics before they are grown up which happens over night it seems. I hope your heat wave is soon in the past too. Look forward to hearing about the new ducklings when they hatch . Congrats!!!
