Advice? Can’t get rid of her sour crop. Clay like lump

Pics
@azygous im thinking and afraid ... I don’t really have hay in their coop but this stuff called Clean Koop which they say can be ingested, but we do have an area where we have turf that’s along the outside of the run in the backyard and I’m worried maybe she’s grazing on it?!! I’ve never seen her do it, but maybe that’s what’s clogging her... the turf grass
Oh no!!

@Criticalicious Yes artificial grass. Made of plastic I’m assuming.
They don’t have access to it to free range on it, but there is a boarder alongside the run where they could access it. But none of my other 13 hens have any crop issues.
I’ve had the turf over a year. It’s nothing new to our landscaping.
Hazel is the only one with this issue and this is the second time. Last time she was cured within 7 days
I’m now on 14 days. Her crop is so much smaller and I’m not feeling a lump anymore, but I’m hearing liquid moving around when I massage.
And when the air bubbles up it smells like sour crop. Not enough to get it out. I’m doing the monistat treatment and hoping it’s almost over.

I know this is an old thread but wondering what happened to your chicken with the stubborn impacted crop? I seem to be having the same issue and have tried everything from Monistat to oil to lemon/ginger/cayenne/cinnamon to ACV. I'm waiting for the bag of Acidified Copper Sulfate to arrive and really hoping that clears her crop (feels like a ball of playdough that won't go away). She doesn't want to eat really anything and she's only a forager outside (she was a rescued chicken a couple of years ago and really only likes what she can find in the yard).
