Advice needed! Crazy Dog bothering chicks!

So we hatched a single turkey, and if the turkey is not out of the brooder it screeches. My room is always hot, so we take it out when we can, but when our dog is barking, he comes in my room. He is really good with chickens, but he follows the chick around and licks it all over. I don't know what to do! Anyone got ideas?

The turkey could be lonely..they are group animals. It probably doesn't scream when it's out because you are his companion..maybe get him a little turkey friend, or try a small mirror..maybe a small stuffed animal..

We have a stuffed baby and a stuffed hen in there. We can live with the chirps and such, but why does my dog like him so much???

Or even a couple chicken chicks as friends.

\Wednesday somo are hatching but that i snot the problem. Our dog is scaring the chick, and won't stop licking it. Why?
