Advice needed incubating turkey eggs and incubator running a degree too cold!

hi, after some advice please. We have turkey eggs on day 14 of uncubation. Temp has been perfect all we way through but for some reason my incubator has started running a degree too cold. Its going between 36.4-36.6. No matter how high inset it! I need 37.5!Humidity is spot.
Will this reduce our hatch rate or produce chicks that wont make it?
Any help most welcome

At a degree too cold they will still develop and will most likely hatch, but they would be late, since a low temperature causes them to develop slower.
