What kind of advice? How old are your birds if you have any? What breeds are they? Pictures?

Some have already clarified, but again, pullets are female chickens under a year old. Cockerels are male chickens under a year old. "Chickens" is the general term - sex not specified. Rooster is a male chicken over a year old. Hen is a female chicken over a year old.

If you post pictures of the ones you need help sexing, we can do our best to help.

A big difference from cockerels and pullets is comb/wattle size and tail feathers.
