Advice on adding to flock

I have nine easter eggers that are 10 weeks old. Out of the 9, I’m almost 100% sure that 7 are cockerels. I’m wanting to add more pullets to the flock, but what ages would be safe to put in with the others? And should I wait until I get rid of some of the cockerels first? The coop is an 8x10 I believe and they free range in the afternoons.

I'd recommend getting rid of all the ones you for sure don't want first and then ordering day old chicks from a major hatchery.
Big extremely careful about buying older birds or any birds off of craigslist or from a backyard breeder.
The only thing worse than getting a whole bunch of boys is bringing home a disease.
