Advice on Auto-Pop-Out door (Hardwired only)

We have electricity in our coop and are very interested in a NON-battery operated ELECTRIC Pop-out door.
Any advice? Personal experience?

I have an electric pop door and I love it. It is on a timer and I have had no issues with it opening or closing. Nothing has gotten in to the coop. This is the one we have.
