Advice on chicken wound

My 5 month old chicken got pinned between the run and the house , I had to cut her out with wire cutters. She has multiple wounds. This happened on Thursday, 5 days ago. The wings were a lot more purple a few days ago so that's good. But I'm more concerned with the gash that I threw a few stitches through. I saw a big wound and panicked and stitched her up and now I'm wondering how I am going to take them out. And does anyone have any medicine recommendations?

betadine (organic iodine) for wounds, then an eye type triple antibiotic.
You should be able to snip the stitches and slide them out.
After 5 days, she should be about healed.
