Advice on how to humanely re-home a rooster (SF Bay Area)

I have a 3 month old Ameracauna that has been crowing for a month now. I am no expert, but I assume this is a rooster. Picture attached. "Daisy" is larger than my other hens (but all different breeds), crows each morning between 5:00 and 5:30 (and periodically throughout the day), seems to watch over/herd the other hens and has pointy feathers at the tail and neck. Tail feathers are also starting to droop over.

I would like to give him away to someone who will either re-home or eat, but fear putting him on Craigslist due to the potential of cock fighting or something (I know nothing about this, don't know if this is a real thing to be concerned about or not).

Im pretty sure that Daisy is a rooster and I agree maybe Craigslist isn't the best option . Do you know any other farms/potential chicken owners who might like to take Daisy ? I live in the UK and we use a website called www.pets4homes.co.uk and its safe but Im not sure if you have this where you live . Other than this I recommend researching on google farming websites that sell chickens on a small scale so maybe you won't get rid of Daisy so quickly but at least you'll understand that he's safe.

I was recently in need of a rooster. In hopes of finding someone, like yourself, that ended up with a rooster in their batch, I checked the boards at the feed store for several weeks, with no luck. I finally put a shout out to my friends on Facebook that I wanted a rooster. Within a couple of days I had a beautiful 3 month old Welsummer for free. My advice. Put the word out, Facebook, feed store, whatever. However I have to agree that Craig's list is probably not the best option. Good luck!
