advice on lice and mites

what is a safe product to put on my chickens. For mites and lice. I think they are yhe caise of my roosters ear infection...??????

Sevin dust will take care of lice/mites. Redust him in 7-10 days, including inside the coop, nests, roosts.
If you suspect ear mites, use an eyedropper to put a few drops of olive oil or vegetable oil inside the ear to smother the mites. Ear infection can also be a sign of a bacterial infection or respiratory disease.
