Advice on making a decision please

I didn't want to keep any roosters, but my sister liked the idea of him as some protection for the ladies. Do you guys absolutely think this one has any chance of being a female?

Here are both together. Both definitely cockerals?
6 or so weeks old.

Compare them to your other birds of the same breed, the difference is usually pretty obvious by 6 weeks or so.

Keep them until they start making obvious trouble, probably around 15/16 weeks, then you can eat/rehome one or both.
