advice on mean polish chicks

i recieved my chick order. i have 7 golden laced polish and 7 silver laced along with 2 white polish chicks the gold and silver are picking on the 2 white one terribly their eyes were even bleeding it is terrible how their treating them. they are actually all really nasty chicks they even were picking on the chicks i hatched a few days ago that are so much bigger. what to do?

I had that problem also, until I switched to a red light and gave them a slightly larger brooder. My chicks didn't draw any blood, but the buff laced seems to be more aggressive in my group. They eventually worked it out. Good luck with them.
