Hi we are raised our first flock of chicks
We are in a residential area and have 4 chicks.
2 of them may be cockerel which is pb because we cant have any (we are in residential area).
They hatched on 6/15.

Solutions are:
1) wait it is too soon maybe your cockerels are pullets - stop panicking...
2) giving away cockerels and getting two pullets of similar age.
3) other?

In regard to 2), up to what age can we introduce chicks from different hatch without having them figthing immediately?

Can you post some pictures of your birds? Were they purchased from a hatchery or feed store as sexed pullets, or were they straight run (which are usually about 50% male/female)? If they were purchased as sexed pullets I'd probably wait a bit longer before panicking, and if worse comes to worst and you do have two cockerels, try to find two more pullets about the same age, introduce after dark - ideally once they are in a coop, so you can put the new birds in after you close up the coop at dark, then in the morning before you open the coop back up, scatter some scratch or other treats in the run so when they come out they have that to focus on right away instead of the strangers.

x2 on posting photos of your birds in question, folks here can help with confirming if they look male or not.

As far as #2, I've thrown 7 week olds in with each other without introduction and they did fine, but I'd advise introducing them when you have time to supervise, in case things don't go smoothly.
