Advice on progress of hatching

I'm incubating my first batch of eggs this year. Yesterday on the day 21 mark we got a few cracks in one of the eggs, but no distinct hole. There hasn't been any more progress nearly 24 hours later. Is this something that I should worry about?

What's the temperature in the incubator? Is your incubator still air or forced air? Do you have your own hygrometer and thermometer? When were the eggs put in?

The temp is at 99.5 right now and it's a still air incubator. Both a hydrometer and thermometer are in there, and they were put in on the 8th

I'm thinking your talking about a pip, but I'm not sure without pictures.
Usually if they just make one hole they are so large they are stalling.
