advice or opinions needed on hatchery chick

Hi. I have 3 hatchery chicks who are now 9 weeks old. 2 Sussex and one barred rock.
The one BR , I think she has her neck pulled in more, and there might be some clicking when she breathes. Otherwise normal , eating, drinking, and occassionally playing. They were quarantined for 6 weeks in the house, and then moved to a shed 3 weeks ago with no contact yet with other chickens, but in the run sometimes where there had been chickens, but no sick ones.

Should I be worried?

Worm them babies! And maybe add vitamins to the water for a couple weeks. Read up on Cocci as well.

Never thought of worms! I have some Safeguard here. I got vitamins, will try them. Thanks
