Hello all, I am new to this website as well as raising chickens. Recently we got a chicken from a friend (about a month ago) and she seems to be the only one sick in my coop. I previously had cedar shavings in the coop that I switched to pine due to advice from tractor supply. My chicken has looked sick like this for about a week and just today she seems to have a gurgling breath sound (like Ronchi in humans). She has not been able to open her eyes and when I wipe it with a wet cloth yellow boogers come out.
I think she may have pneumonia but I’m not sure. Help!

Does she have a bad odor or does it seem normal like most chickens? The rhonchi (wheezes) and the eye drainage may be signs of a chronic respiratory disease, such as mycoplasma (MG) or if she has a bad odor, it could be coryza. Tylosin can be given to treat coryza 1 tsp per gallon of water for 5 days. If she has coryza, sulfa antibiotics would be recommended. It might be best to separate her away from the others while she is being treated.
