Yes I've managed to stop the pecking! It was 100% issue with nutrition. After reading the replies on here the first thing I did was stop giving them fresh food or even their corn mix. I just fed them their own feeding pellets, which pretty much forced them to eat it as nothing else was coming.
If I did give them any fresh food, it was high protein (egg scramble or pieces of ham or tuna etc.

The pecking stopped in a matter of days! I've now re-introduced a small handful of corn every afternoon and some fresh food, but never as much or as often as they used to get it and always with some protein in.

I ordered the pinless peepers for the bully just in case and as a last resort but luckily sorting out their feeding routine sorted the pecking issue!
