Hens go broody when you don’t want them to… and won’t go broody when you do.

I am hatching Call ducklings in my classroom with my students. Yesterday was day 26 and all 6 eggs were rocking and 3 had began pipping. This morning one duckling was completely hatched when I arrived at 6:30 and another hatched around 11:00. The rest of the eggs have shown no more signs of movement or progression. I am using a mini Brinsea advance so it is pretty good classroom incubator and previously have had a 100% success hatch rate with calls. Suggestions? Opinions? Thank you
