Advice/tips???

Besides chicken feed and bread, what can I give my chickens and ducks to eat???

I give my chickens all kitchen scraps (basically anything that I could eat but maybe it's a little stale). I don't feed anything moldy.

Also they love birdseed (millet and black oil sun. seeds). It is best to keep treats to less than/equal to 10% of the diet I have read. White bread has practically no nutritive value (whole wheat is GREAT) and thus is just a treat.

Meat scraps are good. Very fatty things are not useful, like butter. Also don't go very salty on them- I rinse extremely salty things in water before giving. Like stale pretzels with salt all over them, I rinse off (soak).

Oh sorry I just totally ignored the "ducks" part of the post. I don't have ducks!!
