I'm pretty sure the eggs are fertile as I have one rooster capable of "insemination" lol. If it is fertile, does it have the potential of further development away from the ideal settings that promote growth (IE sitting on a counter)?
I have not washed any of the eggs. We only have a group of freezers, and utilizing a little common sense I would conclude sticking eggs in the freezer would be a bad thing. But I don't know for sure.
Last night we had one hell of a storm, this morning the chicks were bright eye'd and "bushy tailed" So, I figure if they are able to make it through last night they'll make through darn near anything.
Thanks for the "Freshness Test," I'll def. try it, that's too easy.
Thanks for the Help...Again lol
