Aflac has bacterial infection and respiratory issues

aflac went to vet he’s 2years and 3 months old vet did nothing but X-ray on chest Last year they found a hole in trachia today is was 20% worse a year later it did not close itself up I payed 220 and they needed 202 more I was 15 short so he sent me away with no antibiotics nothing He is mean now angry the vet clearly saw his poop wasn’t right but refused to give antibiotics to hold him over He walks with his but way up in the air now his left foot is turning inward And he loses balance often he did no X-ray on leg said wasn’t necessary He is trying to get more air by stretch his neck out and opening his mouth The vet said the duck doesn’t notice hard to believe he notices he needs air!!! I’m going to feed store what do I get for an antibiotic please help me he probably has 2 years at the most to live I honestly just wanna die

What makes you think he has a bacterial infection ?there is places on line where you can buy antibiotics for our ducks look up Baytril .

And pee is ghost white and his poop has white in it same as last year when I took him in they tested he has bacterial infection they have antibiotics but not this time money was more important
