Aflacs tounge is very white for some reason

Aflacs tounge is very pale white and he looks like he’s dropped a few dang pounds in the last few days I’m not sure but he is thinner

Is there any way you could get a picture? Never heard of something like that but perhaps someone here will recognize it if it is an issue.
