African Gosling 2 1/2 months old has feathers missing around vent area

My goose has feathers missing around vent area, not bald but can definitely tell there's feathers missing. Ideas of what it might be? She's losing feathers around neck area too but she's being stubborn about letting me look at it today. Eating, drinking, foraging fine... Still has her goosey attitude.

I was able to get a good look at her and her neck looks like there's new feathers coming. Her vent , right it looked like missing feathers at first glance cause she's always got a full white undercarriage, looks like it's actually grey fluff instead right now. Must be the new feathers are coming.
