After a week of being able to free roam the coop

my 7 1/2 week old chicks figured out they can go out the door and into the run! They are loving it, my little roo thinks he is big stuff struttin' around like he's the man.

Today I'm keeping a close eye on them to make sure when it starts to storm they go back into the coop. Seems like everyone is getting along swimmingly, I'm proud of my big girls for not being that brutal with the little ones.

Awesome! Mine prefer to stay in the rain to the point of looking like drowned rats...but as long as they're healthy I let them have their fun.
