After almost 8 months, got my first egg!!

I’ve had my quail for almost 8 months, I hatched and raised them. I have a male, a female and I have a new one I bought just recently. My female I’ve had for forever finally laid her first egg!! I gave up on them laying and because they are so tame I was just gonna keep them as pets. I can’t wait to hatch some of them, I will start incubating her eggs soon.
