I had a chicken go broody. She was laying on three eggs. I check through the day and another egg was added. Today was day 3 and another egg. I thought they did not lay when they are broody. That's one a day for 3 days. 2 eggs may be from other hens but she has been blocked off for the final 2.

No. Last two are from her has she is blocked of from other hens. There was 5 total eggs and 3 are definitely from her. Now this morning I went out to look and she was sitting so I did not disturb her. Through the day I looked several times. She was always sitting. She turned her head to look at me but that's it. Her water and food is untouched from the night before. I am not sure if I should force her to take water or just leave her alone. She is awake but no food or water is missing from her bowls. She is sitting on the eggs in a corner with her head in the corner and turns her head towards me but does not get up.

Broody hens will (usually) come out on their own time to eat and drink. However, they sometimes are so serious about staying on their nest, that you will have to remove them and place them near the water. You may consider (if you have some) putting garlic, lavender, marjoram or cayenne pepper in the nest with her as these are calming and aid in blood circulation which broody hens need since they don't get up much to run around.
